  3. Taking salsa classes can be a great way to unwind after a long day.

  2. Make you more outward in your life, as it increases your social horizon therefore with continuous interaction with people of different backgrounds give more depth and understanding of other people.

  3. Salsa is a popular dance form in Latin American and Caribbean countries, so taking classes can also be a way to learn more about these cultures.

Personally I enjoy dancing Salsa, it is an addiction, everything mentioned above is just a by-product of it.
